Context / problem
Project Flow is an in-progress product platform at Milient Software. This public version stays intentionally high-level while the work develops.
Responsibilities & scope
My role spans design leadership and hands-on product design. The final wording and level of detail are still being reviewed.
Key design decisions
- Create a coherent product direction across a complex platform.
- Use prototypes to make product conversations more concrete.
- Keep this public account focused on safe, high-level design themes.
Selected workflow
The work moves between framing, prototyping, critique, and close collaboration with product and engineering. Specific workflows will be added after confidentiality review.
Outcome / current state
The platform is currently in development. No performance claims or unsupported customer outcomes are presented here.
Reflection
This project continues to sharpen how I connect design leadership with direct design-engineering practice. A fuller reflection will follow when the work can be shared responsibly.
